Course Description

Level 2:

• Physical preparation for positions
  Prepare players in a precise and detailed manner, according to the specific needs of the position they occupy.
• Annual fitness planning
  Establish an annual organization that considers the preparation phases, the competition phases and the final phases. How do we do it? Consider which priority and/or secondary aspects
• Answers to coaches' questions
  On their modes of operation, on the difficulties encountered and/or other
