Shipping Methods 

Standard Shipping is based on standard Suisse Post shipping

Pickup FSR Office if you want to avoid shipping cost, you can request to pick-up your order at the FSR Office, and we will then arrange either for you to come to the office, or to have your order deliver at an agreed FSR Event.
