COURSE DESCRIPTION

- Participants will be made aware of player safety. They will be familiar with preparatory exercises specific to the fighting stance in duel phases.

- Identify energy pathways and explain the planning of a season in terms of physical preparation.

- The participants will be able to recognise the different starting positions for scrums, touches and kick-offs. Identify the strategic choice of each combination depending on the position on the pitch and the area being attacked.

- The learner will be able to design, implement and manage a complete session with a strategic focus.
