COURSE DESCRIPTION

‘Defence, from the individual to the collective. Two distinct aspects, but so complementary.

First of all, how to tackle the technical aspect of tackling with confidence. What series of exercises should be put in place to learn how to tackle effectively and safely in man-to-man situations? And which tackle to use?

Then, how can we organise ourselves collectively to prevent our opponents from advancing? What are the criteria that will enable a defensive line to block the progress of the ball? What strategy should be put in place to thwart any attacking attempts, depending on the qualities of the opposition?

COST

The Course fee is :

• CHF 50 per person for profil A (J+S monitor involved during the 2 last year)
• CHF 100 per person for profil B (without J+S grade or not involved during 2 last year)
